1. Defective/Missing items/Size different from our website size chart.
Customers should contact us within 24 hour from delivery of items and email us with photos to support the claims if you find the package missing item(s) and costume with wrong size. We can arrange new shipment of the missing items for free. Especially for Wrong size costumes(just in case we've sent a different size instead of the one you've ordered), once confirmed the error occured in ourside(the tag with the size must be checked by us), we will make a new one costume(by the way, the 1-2 cm difference will be acceptable); if this caused by the wrong measurements buyer provided, we are not responsible for this, buyers will be charged for a new one at 10% discount off, in this situation if size revision needed, buyers should send the costume back to us at their own cost and we will charge buyers for the revision at cost.
We do NOT accept refunds and exchange for the items, but if the size is really different of your measurements, we will modify it( by charging customer with a fee starting by 50 usd) or we will make another one by offering a special discount price.
Following Items Excluded From Returning or Exchanging,
Item that have been used or washed.
Item that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
Item with stains
Shipping can't be refunded and customs fees are payed from the buyer and cannot be refunded too.
All costumes are made for the buyer, so please check your order carefully before submitting. We will send a confirmation email after you placed an order. In the event that a mistake has been made on a processed order, please email us in 24 hours after your submitting, Order Cancellations or Changing only works in this time frame.
3.Wrong Delivery Address/ upgrade the shipping method/shipping
We are not responsible for courier delays or lost packages.
We ship all orders to the shipping information address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for submitting complete address information required. We will NOT be able to proceed refund if we sent the package to the shipping address customer gave us.
We are not responsible for any additional charges needed to reship or retrieve a package. Shipping fee depend on which shipping method you choice. If you want to upgrade to UPS/FedEX, customer need pay the extra shipping fee to our account immediately.
4.Deadlines and choose of details
You can send us a deadline request just as information. We will look forward to let you have your order in time for it but it is possible to not reach it out for many reasons. No refund will be available if the deadline will be passed.
Choose of materials or so is done by ourself . That is because of it may be hard to find the same materials you want just watching it via web. Feel free anyway to tell us your preferences so we can work on it.
5. Work in progress photos
Photos during the process or of the final product are not available to send it to the customer. This is because of the high level or order requests.
Duration of the work will be decided during the free quote request. However this can change because of working reasons. We want you to receive a good quality item so We will do our best to let you have your order as soon as possible without rushing anything
